Finally I have a free time to post some pictures I made during one of my trips in August. These were taken in Kolobrzeg (Kolberg) at Museum of Arms.
This is a Soviet-made 160 mm mortar. Impressive, isn’t it?
These are terrifying SU-85 and SU-122.
I hope nobody needs explanation what tanks are seen above.
This is the picture of exhibition dedicated to memory of B-17 bomber crew which was shot down during bombing raid over Berlin.
Translation of the sign:
"COMPONENTS OF B-17G OF 31ST SQN, 91ST BOMB GROUP, 8TH AIR FORCE (tactical no. 44-6117)
On the 21st of June 1944 this aircraft was shot down by Germans during bombing raid over Berlin and crashed into the Stolecko Lake near Szczecin (Stettin).
Remnants recovered in July - August 1989 by the members of 5th International Divers’ Expedition under patronage of ZHP (Polish Scouts’ Association).

2nd Lt. Robert E. O’Bannon - commander
2nd Lt. Thomas J. Fitzgerald - co-pilot
2nd Lt. Nathan L. Bartman - navigator
2nd Lt. Arnold J. Ostwald - bombardier
S/Sgt. Irvin E. Lewis - top turret gunner
Sgt. Benjamin Goldman - radio operator
S/Sgt. Herbert S. McCutchan - ball turret gunner
Sgt. Jose Fioretti - waist gunner
Sgt. Amos F. Estrada - tail gunner
On the critical moment all members of the crew bailed out. Last one of them was killed by enemy gunfire. The shoe jammed in evacuation manhole belonged to him."
