Litenes sazdze "Kzaces" pie Bekeza

A group of solders standing in line for the picture. This one is dated June 17th 1944. I do not know what the text says, I'm guessing it's the location of where the photo was taken.

Not knowing the language, let me make a guess. These may be Latvian soldiers, serving in the Latvian Legion, comprised of two Waffen SS divisions. It was about this time that a Soviet offensive was going on in the Baltic region. Again, the my identification is a guess.
