Lunch box colt.
WW2 Norway. This is a so-called "lunch box colt". During the war workers at Kongsberg Vaapenfabrikk (arms factory, then operating under German command) smuggled out different colt parts in their lunch boxes. The parts were handed over to the Military resistance, who assembled them into functional weapons. (The factory had a licence agreement with Colt from before the war, and therefore had parts in stock)FB/Oddmar Schonhaug
