Marshal von Rundstedt and his son after being taken prisoner by the Americans. Anyone know (and sorry for my ignorance) the name of the American general ..... looks like Patton but I´m not sure...

Uhm, you wrote it yourself: Major General Frank W. Milburn. The US General on the photo is obviously wearing three stars, hence he’s a Lieutenant General. Frank Milburn was promoted to Lt. Gen. in 1949.
