i suppose this picture is taken in the Battle of France since the trees and the farm resemble Pas-de-Calais department (June, 1940).

the armor (nearest) is a Pz38(t), and the other one seems to be a Pz35(t).unfortunately, it is quite difficult to guess the division they belong to.

The tanks are certainly Panzer II, the shape of the turret gives it away. Also mind the 20mm gun KwK 38 L/55 next to the turret MG. The turret number "R07" indicates that the tank belongs to the regimental staff company.
