gosh… this is an awesome picture.

the gun seems to be a "5 cm Kampfwagenkanone 38 L/42" so this may be a PzIIIF or J (any of them in this range).

as far as i know, Afrikakorps made use a huge portion of PzIIIJ’s, so J class is highly probable.
