May be old hat, and rings vague bells from the past used in a different context, but I hadn’t heard it until recently about a Cambridge grad and an Oxford grad going to the gents. The Oxford grad washes his hands afterwards. The Cambridge grad doesn’t. The Oxford grad says, condescendingly, to the Cambridge grad “At Oxford, they taught us to wash our hands after going to the lavatory.” The Cambridge grad replies “At Cambridge, they taught us not to piss on our hands.”.
