Pre-WWII Germany/Italy 8MM color film

I converted a couple of my great-grandfathers 8mm color film to DVD. Both films around 12 -13 minutes long. Once I looked at the film I found that it has some interesting things. I don’t know the exact year of the film (probably could get close by asking my dad) but it was prior to WWII. You can see the Hitler youth marching through some German city and shots of buildings and boats with the Nazi flags waving around. The film in Italy looks to be buildings, industrial shots and maybe some family stuff. Since I have converted this film I would like to get it to some institution to have it archived. I think it has some historical value and I don’t want to throw it away. Any ideas who I could donate this too or what I should do with this film? Haven’t thought about posting it to YouTube but maybe that is something I should also consider. Thanks.
