My money is on France 1940.Building and telegraph poles appear French. There is indeed a matelot with distinctive hat and also an officer near the guard with bicycle in riding breeches and kepi.The few helmets are vague enough when blown up to be French as much as Russian.Certainly curious to have such a mix of uniforms in a Russian prisoner column at any time of the war.
