Hitler had become wholly enamored of motion picture making, and encouraged it with an almost rabid zeal. He had wanted everyone to have a mo-pic camera, and to capture every detail of life in his perfect little (delusional) World. He would have seen to it that little expense was spared in equipping the appropriate ministries with the best equipment available to capture the execution of his grandly envisioned plan.
