Günther Rall died at his home in Germany on October 4, 2009, after suffering a heart attack two days earlier. He was 91.

He was a good man and a great pilot, may he rest in peace.

I liked him. Saw him on TV and read some of what he wrote.

He seemed like a real ok guy.
