I especially enjoyed the section on the Molins gun. Would you know if there is any gun camera footage of that Ju 88 being clobbered, and/or any other footage of the weapon being used at sea or in the air? If you do, I would be most grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

The Vickers Mark I
This model wich was first introduced as terrestrial weapon know as Vickers Light pattern 1908 or " gun machine ,303 mk 1"
The gun is short recoil operated and belt fed, the recoiling group in mounted in a knee joint. In the original Maxim Mg this joiny folded downwards wich required space in the lower breech case. The Vicker improvement redesigned this action to made it folded upwards.that meant the Vicker breech was much shallower than the Maxim and in that way saved weight and space. The german and Russian MG retained the original Maxim design and had deep breech cases.
