RASC/RE information required

I hope that members herewill be able to assist me with this search
I am searching for information about the following companies who took part in the D Day landings/war in Europe and any information about a L/C william Peach RASC.
He served with the following;
7th Bridge company. 1941- 1943,
147th Bridge company 1943 - 1944,
1st Holding Battalion 02-1944,
107th Corps Bridge Company and
908th and 641st Combined mixed transport Companies.
His son has asked me to try find out any information about where he served during the conflict.
If anyone could possibly throw some light on these units and of course William Peach himself it would really be appreciated :):):slight_smile:

You could try the RE Museum in Brompton Barracks, Gillingham, Kent. They have records for most RE units.
