Can someone give me pics and characteristics of this vehicle
from the book Forgotten soilder i realised it was a company but what do they mean in the book

Basically, a tracked carrier. Lorraine-Schlepper. German troops would habitually refer to them as “Renaults” because that company built some Lorraine carriers under contract almost immediately after having built Renault U.E carriers for the French army. At rare times, trucks do get the same reference, though less often, since there were fewer actual Renault trucks in the Eastern Front battles.

As with most armies, the “official” designation is often ignored and the “catch-all” term is employed to refer to an entire class of equipment or vehicle.

A parallel example is the Nebelwerfer. There were three main types, and self-propelled variants as well. All three tend to get the generic “Nebelwerfer” name, without necessarily distinguishing the projectile sizes.
