For a book project i search A6M1 12-Shi pictures but i have found nothing 
anyone know where i can found it ?

Look for A6M Model 11, 12Shi (1940). You’ll find your search goes a LOT easier.
Also, get the book “Eagles of Mitsubishi” By Jiro Hirokoshi, the Designer of the entire A6M Series.
