Romanian Ju-88D-1
Ju-88D-1 no.1 (W.Nr. 430650, White 1), 2nd Long Range Recon Squadron, Soviet Union, June 1943 The pilot of this aircraft, Sergent major TR aviator Nicolae Teodoru, defected to the Allies on July 22, 1943 from south of Mariupol to Limassol, Cyprus. This aircraft is currently on display at USAF Museum in Dayton, Ohio with erroneous tail number (105).
