A number of us with military experience have spoken of this before, but I feel it is a subject that should be regularly brought to people’s attention.
Although in the UK old bombs turn up from time to time and are dealt with correctly, people do travel to military training areas and pick up items that look harmless. Items on sale at a market that may be of interest can kill.
Please do not do it, they are not toys and looks can be very deceptive.
Even if this person is charged and imprisoned for his stupidity it will not bring the dead back and he will regret his action for the rest of his life.
