Has anyone got any photos of the SdKfz 250/11 in North Africa with either the French 25mm or German 28mm PaK?
I can only find one small shot of the 25mm armed version in Chamberlain & Ellis’ encyclopedia.

Not from North Africa, no. The German Federal Archives only comes up with a photo of a Sd. Kfz. 250/11 with 28mm schwere Panzerbüchse 41 of Großdeutschland Divsion in the Northern Soviet Union from autumn of 1943.
