My father served in the Seabees during WWII. I have a book titled “Journal of Two Journeys”. My dad is in a group picture of Company A Platoon 5. My father passed away in 1969 at the age of 42 when i was only 5 years old. I have been working on my family genealogy since 2001 and am interested in any information I could get about his service in the Seabees. I know he served in the Phillipines. I do have his military records but looking for more everyday and personal info.
