I think it is called CALIOPE? it is a rocket system that should be used to clear minefields, the second task was to be used as an artillery-sytem.
the rockets were very inaccurate and I have read in some different literature, that the system was not very effective though. only the russians and the germans made great use of different rocket systems, like the famous russian katjusha (in german “stalin-orgel”) or the german DO-werfer or nebelwerfer.
