Indeed. Exactly SR-25 sniper rifle. Used by SEALS and Polish GROM.
As GROM is training and fighting together with SEALS and DELTA they use similar weapons.

Once I had an opportunity to meet a Grom officer and I was really impressed what he told me about his unit. Of course it was 0,0001% of whole story, but some facts were shocking. No surprise I have never heard about it in any news. It is the most top secret unit in whole army. Funny thing was that I had a chance to hear the story that wasn’t even partially described by journalists in Poland.

There are official photos of Polish Prime Minister of this time L.Miller, visiting troops in Iraq. GROM was acting as security. This photos will give you a brief idea about weapons used by them. Notice two blokes on first photo, which faces are not distorted for security reasons. This one at the front is Lieutenant Kaskos, the other one is Zukowski.
Also note - on second photo GROM operator which is next to Miller have SEALS cap.
Nearly all info about GROM is from 2003. Later on there was a crisis - conflict of GROM commander with Polish General Staff - Colonel Polko resigned. This was the reason behind many GROM operators resigning and joining Blackwaters. Now news are better. Polko is back in the army commanding GROM again, he was promoted to brigadier rank.
Here rather amateurish site about GROM describing some weaponry. I believe that most of it is from 1990 - 1998. Obsolete.

In 2003 GROM was testing systems W21C in USA which suppose to be manufactured in Poland - as part of the offset for F-16s.
