something wrong in photo section ?

I got this when checking the photo side this morning,and again just now. Only one image, and the following error message next to it. Who does the troublshooting for this?

Occasional failed uploads, best thing to simply delete it.

Yup just click the error message and delete the image.

Alright, I didnt know if it were a small thing, or a more general problem affecting the photo section .
