I saw this photo on the EnglishRussia website but I can’t seem to get info from that source. I would like to know, if possible

  1. where these POWs were.
  2. who took the photo and the month and year.
  3. what happened to this specific group of men.
  4. can some be identified since there are some fairly good facial shots.

Would appreciate anyone’s help.
