Sunken Sherman.

US Sherman tank, semi-submerged off Garapan Beach, Saipan. Nobody seems entirely clear as to how it got there - but one suspects that somebody misjudged the tides ...

That’s a really amazing picture… Is it actually dry during low tide? Or how much difference are the tides making?
