Survivor of U-588 finally collapses!
This man, one of the five survivors of U-588 finally succumbs to exhaustion and exposure and collapses to be taken to sick bay by his rescuers on board HMCS Athabascan. Hopefully he survived the war and his grand children have a chance to see these photos!
