i go with the mustang fast sleek and agile 
I go with the Mustang but will prefer the Ho229 or the me262.

No point including the Bf 109 in this, once the P-51 arrived, and even the P-47, unless you were a very good pilot, all things being equal, the Bf 109 was not up to it. I’ll go the Fw 190, because it was effective way over a year before the two US planes were, flew to the end of the war, and had a wide variety of sub-models.
How about the FW-190 D “long nose” ?
if they still had sufficient quantity of good pilots at the time it came…

Unless it was taking off or landing – in which case it was easy pickings for a P-51 or Spitfire goal-picking over what was left of the Luftwaffe aerodromes…
I love the FW 190A8 because it was a teriffic bomber killer! It also had a Cool name (In my opinion) “Sturmbock” or, Battering Ram:cool:
