Video with the mayor of the second largest Ukrainian city Kharkiv Micheal Dopkin has entered the top ten videos according to the recent statistics of Youtube.
In the video Dopkin tries to make a short speech for a TV advetisement of his party.
The video is in Russian. All those who know Russian can really enjoy the vividness of
Mr Dopkins’ dialogues.

Yea the ukrainians are really fun nation with original humor feeling - even the politics.

BTW why we should be sure this is not just a pre-election forgery and slander.
This is so tupical for the contemporary Ukaine today.
