The true face of war

Literally the face of war. At least three faces are clearly recognizable here, and they look German. What apparently has happen is German prisoners beheaded by partisans, or maybe blown to pieces by a Soviet artillery shell landing nearby.

I suspect photoshop here, actually. The head in the foreground looks odd, in addition to the remains looking so "clean." Certainly, it looks rather "neat" for artillery. JMHO.
