We are currently producing a television show called CarFix for Velocity channel and I’m looking for some photos that some of you may be able to help with. THe episode we are doing is an in depth look at welding, both MIG and TIG.
In some of our discussions around TIG welding we talked about how it really started to develop in the aircraft industry during WWII. I’m trying to find some manufacturing stills where you might be able to see someone welding or if that’s not possible, just some manufacturing shots that look general enough to show the time period.
Of course I’m looking for photos that I’ll be able to gain the rights to for air. Thanks for your help.
