Transformer movie (spoiler alert!)

i think thats a s***ty movie. first of all, the intro of the movie just sucks, i mean it doesnt make you feel that you are watching a transformer movie. It makes you think you are watching some kind of boring war movie. It is just a painful experience just to wait for the robot to show up. And what is wrong with the transformer original soundtrack, i really expect that to be the intro song, so another dsiappointment for me. Last but not least, i really think the sound when they changed from vechile to robots is kind of wierd, whats so bad about the old sound from the old movie? I know its not really a big deal, but its those small details that makes a good movie, imo

anyways, after the robot show up, guess what, he is the only robot in the entire scene. The special effects of blowing up tanks and military installation are cool, but its so boring to watch. By the way, isnt it the purpose of watching transformer is to watch a bunch of robots beating up each other? but no, instead make way for a nerd’s crash on a hot girl, House scene where the kids has to look for a glasses (that litterally took like 10-15 minutes). The producer dont think the house scene is annoying enough, they think they needed more annoying yet stupid character like the nerds mom, what are they thinking by inserting that woman in the movie that has nothing to do with transformer? stupid spanish jokes that no one could understand. what are they thinking? the joke arent funny, and they arent suppose to be in a transformer movie, its simply does not fit in it. Take this for example, robots look for a glass that hides their secret information via ebay? learn their english via internet? ( i mean after ten years i watched robo-porn, my english isnt even half as good as them). What the hell are those lame jokes coming from? The dialogs are too long that they just put your mind at numb.

The most stupid plot is that the government in the movie has hired a bunch of It guy to check out who was behind all those hacking. Somehow all those IT guy couldnt find it, so a girl has to steal the information to a sd card and give it to a fat guy. That fat guy happens to get more things done in his personal computer than SIX teams of IT guy using supercomputer. what a joke! The joke involved when the girl and the fat guy being questioned by the FBI are not funny, they just give you more frustation, i almost want to yell, where are the ****ing robots? god damn it!

The battle scene at the end is awesome, but its kind of confusing since most of the robots looks alike. I really dont like they start to copy those moves from the Matrix, god i hate those effect, its time to let them go away! s I dont have a problem with the cartoon movie from 1986. And i think the new robots are inferior to the cartoon version. What i like though is the backstabbing of starscream though, it really fit his character.

I wonder, no body in this forum has watched the movie yet or what?

i saw it shortly after its release (July 3 i think) and was mostly unimpressed, even with the special effects. i think im the one guy who voted worst of '07

am i the only person in the world who sees no value in special effects anymore? i remember like 3 years ago when the 3rd crap-wars movie came out, everyone was so hyped about the special effects and when i saw it i was like so what? someone on a different forum raised a good point by saying that the reason no-one cares about special effects is because there no longer special, if you look at a movie like the most recent star-wars you will notice that theres at least one “special” effect in EVERY scene whether it be an explosion or just the window scene i the backround, so by the end of the movie you barely even notice them anymore.

Yeah, the movie is not as good as i have thought. I didnt really care about the character like i did in the first trilogy. the character didnt seems in any real danger. Overall the acting is bad, the scenes that i truely hates are the love chats. Especially when the actors are not acting in those scenes, they are more like reading the script.

The last fight between vader and obi-wan is awesome, but i sense there is something missing to prevent it to become classic. I cant quite point to the root of the problem, but it really bothers me.
