Hi.
The following armour storages were placed in the hull:
Pic 1:
left side of the tank. On top vertical ammo racks, below MG magazine box
Pic 2:
right side of the tank. Three different inclined racks, some more than in your drawing.
Pic 3:
front side of the tank. On the right the drivers seat, on the left the gunner/technician seat. Left of the gearbox a MG magazine storage
Additional ammunition could be stored behind the bow gunner/technician next to the drive shaft in the floor below covering plates.
A maximum of 119 37 mm grenades and 2940 6,5 mm or 7,7 mm bullets in 147 20-shot-magazines could be loaded.
Yours
tom!
Nice Tom, could you tell me wich was the lenght of that 37mm cartrigde case ?
The US TM 9-1985-5/TO 39B-1A-12 gives a cartridge length of 5,1/6 inch for the type 94 tank gun and 6,5 inch for the type 98 and type 100 tank guns
I see, something like 131mm and 168 mm, thanks.
