this photo was make in 1941 or after,because the soldier in the middle wear the "frozen meat" badge
Most of them are wearing the "Standard Schnürstiefel" (laced boots) instead of the high leather boots. That would mean the photo was taken after July 1942.
Looks like an EK2 to me
