Never heard of Australian troops in Burma. Anyway, Burma is not in the Pacific. Its coast is washed by the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea which are northerly extensions of the Indian Ocean. Also, please do all readers the courtesy of punctuation and spelling. It’s Australian not australian, Vickers not vickers, Burma not burma
