Went to a show in Lonon, yesterday.

Twirling, dusky maidens in long, wide-sweeping, gipsy skirts which swirled about their legs revealing above-the-knee stockings and tantilising expanses of naked thighs before dropping back to a few inches above the ankles -very erotic show - whew!

I don’t know why you would be tempted? I still don’t know what the thread is about. I see a picture of a woman now, who I don’t know and still don’t get it? I am sorry but I don’t get it, so if you want to tell me to F-off, then thats ok, but I don’t get this thread. Is Lorrie your wife? Is she famous? KLorrie who? Was she in the War? Is she German? Is she related to Heino or Heintje?

Lorrie has a similar affect on me, but it isn’t my eyebrow which rises and the response is practically at the speed of light…you should get out more :cool:

I used to really enjoy the Beach Boys in the Sixties, as did most people I knew then. One of those bands which produced fun songs which were easy to sing along to.

Always had a fondness for Country also, for the same reasons I would suppose.
The documentary, from which those clips were taken, was of an album being recorded by a host of Country stars singing with the Beach Boys (sometime in the Nineties), but with their own style of vocals. As you can see, it was done to great effect. As the man says, a great piece of Americana - I’m tempted to go purchase the album!
