It’s an Arado Ar-396 of some sort or another. The French company SIPA made a series of derivatives postwar, which this is likely to be one of pained up for some film or other (simply because the Arado seems to be a pretty rare aircraft and I can’t find any wartime photos at all, and a single reference to one surviving the war).
May I suggest you use google for yourself in future - it took me roughly 10 minutes to track down with no specialist knowledge.
