What is your favorite book on the Second World War?

My favorite is 11 Days in December - Christmas at the Bulge, 1944 - by Stanley Weintraub. I find that subject fascinating. My favorite used to be Band of Brothers by Steven Ambrose, until I read this one. Well I guess BoB moves down to second place, but they’re both excellent books.

The book I enjoyed reading for its information, and photos, is the “The Second World War”, General editor Philippe Masson, translated into English by Angela M Wootton and John Bailie.

Really there is no favorite book for me I enjoyed to many books to place at first but some books will be mentioned such as If you survive, Strong men armed, BoB, and a dew others. The reason I don’t remember all of them is because currently I am not around my books and when I am i don’t have my computer…
