You’ve attempted to link to a picture in the C drive of your computer. This can’t be done. A picture has to be on the internet to be seen with a link. To get it on the internet upload it to WWII in Color http://www.ww2incolor.com/ or a site like Photobucket http://photobucket.com/ or Imageshack http://imageshack.us/ and then use the picture icon above (Yellow rectangle with black mountain or something representing a picture) to paste the link to the photo on the photo site.
…or if you want to stick to your hard disk upload the pic as an attachment within your post.
