tetteke365, I suggest you do some searches on your own, using terms such as “Finnish WWII medals,” “Finnish WWII badges,” and “Finnish WWII combat badges,” “Finnish WWII awards” etc.
The “SA-kuva” logo in the photo’s lower right indicates the photo came from the Finnish Photo Archives. Along with the uniform, you can be pretty confident the soldier is Finnish.
