WHat's a good book on the European Air War?

I have a couple of books on the European air war…What are your suggestions?

The Mighty Eight.

I haven’t read many aviation books lately, but that one has stayed in my head for a bit.

Update: The book I read was not “The Mighty Eight,” it was the “Eighth Air Force” by Donald Miller. Thanks Kovalski for the correction!

I’ve finished reading “Eighth Air Force” by Donald L.Miller. A must-read for all interested in air war in Europe.

THanks guys! I just bought the book

I’ve got some if you are still interested?

The Big Show by Pierre Clostermann

Gunner’s Moon by John Bushby

Thunderbolt by Robert Johnson

The Lucky B##tard Club by Eugene Fletcher

Bloody Skies by Melvin W. McGuire

I guess a lot of them are skewed towards bomber missions cause that’s my favorite interests, but maybe you will find them useful? Worldcat (http://www.worldcat.org/) can probably find them in a library near you or for ILL.

See ya!
