Looks like a IS-III that has been smashed up bad. I am judging by the pointed front of the chassis.
Yep, chassis is 100% Is 3. But what about the rest???

It’s the same except for some strange additions. The turret just looks different because it seems to have been crushed.

Look to the real Is-3
Actually it has simular front part, but it far from IS-3
I didn’t find the information about it strange tank , but in Kubinka museum are the experimental BMP-2 with simular turret:
It seems the experimental heavy tank (perhaps radio-kontrolled)
