As it’s a Dutch site and he’s got what appears to be Para wings on his beret, the chances are it’s in or around Arnhem.

how long did it take you to figure out the name of this person and where it was cause im only young and i already knew who he was and where it was. ive been to france ive seen the monument ive seen everywhere. but my favorite place, because it was just so memoriable and so sad would have to be point du hock.
