I don’t know if I posted about this ww 2 movie before. It stars William Holden and Sophia Loren in black and white VHS. It tells the story about sea
going tugs in England dispatched to tow in ships damaged but not sunk in the North Sea. William Holden is one tug captain and Oscar Homolka is the
other captain of the same tug as they switch off. These guys were very brave indeed being subjected to German U-boats and strafing attacks by
German aircraft plus fighting fires as they approached a ship to tow it to the harbor.

Interesting movie and I’ll watch anything with Sophia in it!

Its sad that this movie is the only record of these tugs mission being carried out and the brave heroics of the tug crews.
