Incorrect. As I understand it, the reason you lost your mod status was the fact that you were giving out warnings left, right and centre to those members who had pictures showing the UK side of the Falklands in a good light, while totally ignoring those who showed the Argentine side in a good light. In more than one case these photos were of effectively identical things. Giving a warning to both or neither would have been acceptable, but you chose not to do so and the site authorities reacted accordingly.
Since our friendly neighbourhood crustacean hasn’t made any such dodgy moderating decisions, as far as I’m concerned he’s in the clear (well, apart from him being a crab, but that’s another matter).
Ummm… assuming you’re still at your normal rant and I haven’t missed anything in the preceding few pages, how exactly does the body of an Argentine soldier in full battledress with a weapon lying right next to him constitute a war crime? Extremely bad taste to post, but really doesn’t show anything.
