OK, Im around almost every day, if not I dont usually ever go longer than 4-7 days, but thats rare. I do rely on the other Mods to bring things to my attention, but am definitely on board for higher powers.

I think a small reshuffle maybe needed. heres my suggestion.

I get bumped up a level and can assume the IP banning etc.

At the same time, one of the other Mods gets bumped up to the position I currently fill.

We recruit 1 or 2 new Mods to the fold. I think the site warrants it. Increased traffic is really stopping me from reading every post and replying to more than a few. I think the Mods we have now are doing a great job of spotting the problems and I have been a wee bit harsher with the problem children of late in an attempt set some examples.

I think we need to take this forward now, rather than mill it over, so I need your input soonest.

Concur with all that. I’d suggest limiting it to one new mod now and then another one in a few months time - two at once is a bit of a handful.

Not sure how to go about things yet. I will try to talk to ww2admin when I have time and see what he thinks. I will be busy in the future but not incapable. However, I want the best for the site and that may not be me. Maybe a promotion for FF and another to chief mod would help. Not sure about another mod just yet but if that is what the staff thinks we need then ill take it under consideration. One step at a time guys.

Yeah, no hurry on something like this - we’ve all seen what happens when the wrong person gets picked!

Agree on that. The trouble is that you can never quite tell how Mod powers will affect the person they are awarded to.
