I am get more anoyed by the ignorance than this so you can keep trying.
i am not an authority on film
If this is the way Senior members treat newcomers, then that is sad.
this will be my last reply to P.
As I see what kind of person you are, hateful with a grudge to bury
so have a good life out there.
Thank you tiger at this time of the world it is nice to see a compasionate person.
It is easy to be mean, but niceness comes from the heart.
Sorry i polluted the boards with my post’s.

Cool name by the way tiger.
Peace.
ps thanks for the help I really appreciate it.
Tiger is a sound and fair person in which the world would be a better place with patience and understanding that you exhibit.
Well mate welcome to WW2incolor and I hope you will enjoy it here.
Well mate I thinkit is how junior members treat senior members, but this is not the way it works here mate.
Well mate like SS Tiger said starting off this way is not a great thing.
So, mate just chill and relax. Panzerknacker was correct when he said it was not real gun cam footage from WW2.

Not a video, but a two film clips of an Me-262 guncamera showing the destruction of 2 P-51 Mustang.
Ilyushin IL-2 down.
Interesting video showing air combat between Me-110 and a russian attack ( single seater ?) plane.
B-17 being attacked
Quite amazing footage from the gun camera of a German aicraft attacking a B-17 bomber,
these planes where also known as the flyingfortress, this video is a testament of
the ruggedness of these wonderful planes, it also gives a glimpse into the type of attack
the brave airman that manned the planes had to suffer.

ME 109’s attacking B-17’s
Various angles of an attack by BF109’s on some guys in their flying fortresses.
It musta been tough up there, respect to all you guys that fought in ww2.

Messerschmitt ME109’s
This is footage of two ME109s with original Daimler Benz engines filmed in 1996.
It is a trailer from a DVD release called “One Summer - Two Messerschmitts” available at www.FlyingMachines.TV

interesting, in the first video the sturdiness of the Boeing is evident. Also the tail and ventral turrets seems pretty dead. probably those emplecemente were knocked out by another fighter.
I noticed the same thing. They were not firing back. Also, in the second clip “ME 109’s attacking B-17’s” part of the same clip appears to be shown, after which a B-17 is shown going down. But, because the film was edited, I am not sure if it was the same plane.
The first B-17 attacked that appeared in the second video is the same, the last secuence also showed another B-17 ,is a different plane because the damage is more serious.
Also in that appeared some guncams that in my opnion belong to FW-190 or Bf-110.
Bf-109G-6/R6
Thanks Panzerknacker, your analysis makes sense to me.
That’s a beautiful pic of the Bf-109 G. Looks like it has a drop tank and pod mounted guns under the wings. I wonder what caliber they were.
Gents :
Have had several of these stills in my collection for some years. Panzerknacker your first zippy video show SturmFw’s from IV.Sturm/JG 3 attacking from the rear late fall early winter of 44. A pretty haphazard attack as the wedge-breitkeil formation has been broken up during the attack on individual B-24’s, actually some pretty “bad” flying really… note the 1 SturmFw still with the zusatztank still on. Göting in all his stupidity ordered the Reich defense units to keep the dreaded fuel tank attached while engaging 4 engines.
Also the Bf 110G-2 attack on the poor rear of the B-17. This was taken in the winter of 43/44. the forward arms at this time for this Bf 110G was two 2cm in the lower nose and four upper mg 17’s. Note that the explosive effects of the mg’s have hardly any hitting power on the fortress

Thanks for your comments.

Yeap the B-17 seem very resilient to that fire, luckily to the german pilot the defensive turrets are knocked out so no defensive fire visible, if there was any probably it bought down the attacking fighter because the close range of the attack.
note that the Bf 110G pilot actually shot out the tail gunner and the belly position and then closed in with his light arms. it is not even proven whether or not this was confirmed as a kill although used in the day fighter schulen for future twin engine crews to what could be achieved … still this gun cam is quite remarkable.

Yeap, and is a B-17g because it have chin turret.
Another collection of guncams, some of clips are already posted in here but note the clips in the minutes 1:10, 1:20 and 1:35.
The first is attack is against Spitifre, probably a recce variant, the british pilots is caught by surprize no evading manouvers attemped. The guncam probably belongs to a Me-262 , observe the almost instant effect of the Mine ammo, the Spit almost disapeared in a burst of flames. The 190 meters caption was superimposed when the 16mm film was revealed, surely for training purposes.
The one in the minute 1:20 is against a B-25. note the invation strips painted in the “amerikanishe” bomber.
And the last one is shooting a Liberator, also in here seems to be caught by 30 mm cannons, the B-24 right wing was copletely destroyed.
Stuka using his 37 mm guns against russian landing boats in the Kuban bridgehead.
