MoS has been awarded before i believe but will not wear them. I have awarded Cuts some too but he will not wear them either. He is however greatful for the acknowledgement.
Well this isnt so much as a problem but a major project that I would need to undertake. Ive noticed that I can implement a rating system for just about each tread on the site. What I want to know is if any of you have used or seen this system before and is it worth the effort that ill have to spend to make it happen. Would be nice to allow members to express their feeling about a thread. Please let me know what you think.
In general in breaks down to a 1-5 stars system. Stars are average and you get the star rating. So in theory it should tell most members right away wheater its worth viewing or not. However. If i take the time to do this I want most of you to go thru and rank most threads. Not all but alot. We would announce it and get it moving quickly. So what do you guys think?

i mean our biggest problem is to keep people from leaving the forum.

Be sure that who want some torrents will know how to find anything.
Because it will give us an idea of what our members are truely interested in. It helps us understand how to improve things on the site according to stats. You might be surprised at how some threads are rated. If we can get most to rate a thread and it comes out with a bad rating we can go ahead and move it to the archive room and make more room for threads that are members are interested in. Atleast this is my theory and motivation for doing such a project.

Ive used many sites with a rating and it seems to work OK. Surely it can simply be turned on as an option and cannot be difficult to implement? I’m all for it Gen, and it will give us some feedback too.
