The soldiers are in a White M3A1 armored scout car armed with an M2 .50 caliber machine gun. Thousands of these vehicles were supplied to the Soviet Union by the USA as part of the Lend-Lease Program. They remained in Soviet use until 1947. A German schutzenpanzerwagen is on the right of the photo.
