thx churchill. I’ve installed a new anti-spam system and hope that this will reduce the amount of spam we have here.

Ah well. The new system should prevent spammers from posting but not from registering, so I wouldn’t bother trying to spot newly registered probable spammers if I was you.
It’s a monumental task anyway - there are probably about a thousand accounts that are registered and unused and which probably belong to spammers, and no easy way to ban/delete them en masse.

Oh, ok then. I’ll probably have to be reminded a few times as it has become a habit.
