Justice works in strange ways.
A long time ago I had a client who’d been touching up little girls in his area and showing them what he looked like with his pants down.
I had a feeling he wasn’t telling me the full story (like that’d be a first!) so I asked the cop who’d charged him, with offences on different occasions against different kids, did the cop believe he had located all possible victims?
Subsequent conversation goes something like this
Cop. “No.”
Me. “Who’s missing?”
Cop. “At least two girls.”
Me. “Are their parents aware of what’s happened?”
Cop. “Yes. They don’t want to involve police.”
I had a feeling. I said “Would the parents be from somewhere around the Mediterranean?”
Cop. “Yes.”
Me. “What did they say?”
Cop. "One lot won’t say anything. The other one’s father just said: ‘No police. I fix.’ "
I kept my client out of gaol.
I heard quite a while later that he had a series of unexplained and painful accidents over an extended period, starting very soon after the court case, before he sold up and moved a long way away.
Nice One.
Justice (of sorts) was metered out. (certainly more than if he’d been locked up in the warm)

Careful there Egorka - I’m banning about 10 people a day for spamming at the moment, so it’s getting a bit of a reflex. I actually hit the “ban” button before checking the post and realising it was you! :shock:

We’re really undergoing the spamming equivalent of human wave attacks as of late…
Spamming def is a major problem on the web lately. I just implemented a captcha system on my website to fend off those spam bots. Hopefully it’ll last a while…

I came within a whisker of doing the same to Egorka a while back. Looks like you need to go on the list for PTSD therapy as well mate
