It notifiy’s you at the very top right.

FF, for popping-up, follow the next steps:
User CP (upper left side of your screen)
Settings & Options,
Edit Options
Scrolling down you’ll see:
The first option is enabled. Enable also the third option like in the picture.
Do not forget to disable any “pop-up stopper” program that you might have.

Sorry mate, it seems that it doesn’t works.
That’s why I noticed that I have a PM several hours later.
It works for me, but when I click view PM that does not work. However it does tell me.
